3 Protección Safety JAR is divided into 4 sections S1is the section which manufactures all the plastic products, both injection and extrusion. One of JAR’s most emblematic injected plastic products is the safety helmet. Currently a robot is responsible for performing all the steps required for its assembly (Ƃtting the equipment, label, sweatband, instruction booklet, key ring, and putting into the plastic packaging). As for the eZtrusion family, there are remarkable products such as the corner guard, the chamfer strip, the shuttering tube, the beading, the expansion joints etc. S2is the section which manufactures all the metal products such as the shuttering clip, the strapping, the mesh corner guard, the guardrail posts, the railing (SPPB), etc. The latest addition to this section has been the spirit levels, which require precision and meticulous handling. In this section there is also a laboratory in which various tests are carried out on the products that need them. S3is the signage section. *ere the fleZography (e.g. barrier tape), screen printing (signs) and the preparation and assembly of products such as %halk line reels and chalk is done. Because we are manufacturers of barrier tape, it allows us to offer our customers all kinds of custom tape suited to their needs. The signage family grows day by day. We constantly add new models to our wide range of plastic and metal signs. Finally there is S4, the Finished Product Warehouse Section.
